1. Emergency Plumbing Services
HandymanCan.ie provides plumbing fault diagnosis, water containment, burst pipe repairs, leak repairs, and drainage assistance throughout County Kildare. All callouts and attendances are subject to technician availability and weather/road conditions.
2. Emergency Callout & Pricing
Before dispatch or work commencement, our operative communicates the callout rates, hourly labor structure, and anticipated materials costs. Payment is due upon stabilization or completion of the emergency repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Property Access & Safety
Clients must provide safe access to the premises, mains water stopcock, immersion cylinder, and affected plumbing fixtures. In situations where standing water presents electrical hazards, occupants are advised to isolate power prior to our arrival if safe to do so.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
